About the artist's work:
A photo essay about Day Laborers working in Westchester documented in order to deeply understand the various aspects of their lives so as to create awareness of this unofficial work force that fills the cracks of the economy. This project was made possible by the Arts Alive Artist Grant program of the Westchester Arts Council, with funding from the Decentralization Artist Tier Program of the New York State Council on the Arts.
